Terms and Conditions – phwinvip Platform Rules and Policies

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to phwinvip. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and phwinvip ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing the phwinvip website at phwinvip.app, creating an account, or using any of our services — including sports betting, live casino, poker, slots, or any other game available on the platform — you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility

• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phwinvip reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and witholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to holdone phwinvip account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Providing false information during registration — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must keep your registration information up to date. If your contact details change, update them through the Account Settings section promptly.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. phwinvip will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact phwinvip support immediately via live chat or email.

phwinvip reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any time. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on phwinvip are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP,₱). No currency conversion is required or applied. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the following approved payment methods:

Withdrawal Rules

• Fully verified accounts can expect GCash and Maya withdrawals to be processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• phwinvip reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for bonus-specific rules.

5. Betting Rules and Game Terms

By placing any bet or wager on phwinvip, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game or market you are betting on. phwinvip provides game rules and explanations within each game lobby and it is the player's responsibility to read and understand these before placing a wager.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the confirmation screen is accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all tables and games. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by stake level, game type, and time of day.
• phwinvip reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed based on an obvious error, system malfunction, incorrect odds or market information, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed fraudulently or in collusion with others.
• In the event of a game disconnection or technical failure mid-round, phwinvip will apply standard game rules to determine outcomes. Where a round result cannot be fairly determined, the round will be voided and stakes returned.

• Markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body of each sport at the time of settlement.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, settlement rules vary by sport and market type and are detailed within the specific sport's rules section.
• Live in-play betting odds update in real time. Acceptance of live bets is subject to a short delay to prevent exploitation of result information.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

The general bonus terms below apply to all promotions unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived winings cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without exception.
• phwinvip reserves the right to withold or remove a bonus and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash at their face value without meeting applicable wagering requirements.

7. Fair Play, Cheating, and Prohibited Conduct

• Losses resulting from bets placed on the platform, whether resulting from a technical error, game outcome, or your own decision.

• Loss of data, account access, or transaction records due to technical failure, provided phwinvip takes reasonable steps to recover such data.

phwinvip's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount funds held in your phwinvip wallet at the time the claim arises, unless required otherwise by mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

phwinvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, without prior notice where the situation warants immediate action:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, including fair play rules, eligibility requirements, or payment policies.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal conduct involving your phwinvip account.
• Multiple accounts being created and operated by the same individual or household.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe when requested.
• At your own request — account closure on request will be processed within five working days.

Upon account closure for violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited immediately. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and will be released to your verified payment account only after phwinvip has confirmed there are no outstanding integrity concerns.
